Kellis Sexy 15 bean soup 20 ounces (1 pound 4oz), Hurst 15 Bean Mix HamBeens Fire 2 Q chicken broth 2 Ham Hocks (smoked) ham 2 pounds (cooked) (diced) 2 onions (chopped) 1 14 5 ounces of diced tomatoes 1-3 T chili powder, 1T garlic powder 1 head garlic (about 9 cloves) Soak 1-3 teaspoon salt (to taste) 1 t pepper 2 T paprika 1 lemon ( juice), cooked riceBeans overnight in filtered water. Drain. Place in Dutch oven or other pot 7.8 qt. Add all the ingredients first, with the exception of the ham. Bring to a boil and simmer. The beans can be cooked up to 1 hour and a half. When the beans are done, add the diced ham. Bring to a boil and then remove from heat. Serve over cooked rice. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm !!!!!! Kelli Coffee
